OT in Geelong and on the Bellarine / Surf Coast

My interest in OT was sparked after observing a stroke rehab gardening group when I was working in plant nursery. I enjoy working with a broad age range including children, teens, and adults.

I am passionate about mental health, mind-body connection, inclusive spaces, group therapy, yoga, and nature based interventions. I value working with a multidisciplinary team, and work closely with other OTs and health professionals in the Geelong area and further abroad. In my spare time you’ll find me in the garden, in the kitchen, or moving about in nature.

Who’s that person beneath the experience of the health challenge?
